This one is so crispy and spicy and delicious and EASY well I think its easy because you’re basically throwing a bunch of stuff in a skillet and bam its done.
1 Serving
Ingredients
- Handful of fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 of a sliced onion (red or white)
- Whole wheat wrap (look for low carb w/ 10 or less net carbs)
- Plain 1% or less greek Yogurt
- Fresh or Frozen organic chicken strips
- Chipolte Tabasco Sauce
- Chili Powder
- Parsley (optional)
First you’re going to toast your wrap, be careful and watch it that it doesn’t burn, I just ran mine under my toaster oven the same I would for regular toast on a darker setting. While that’s toasting cut up your onion and pepper and sauté in a large skillet over medium heat with your frozen chicken (or fresh, frozen is just easier for me)
Add about a handful, you can be more generous if you want of spinach and allow it to all cook down together, sprinkle some chili powder on this mixture as it cooks.
Add all to the top of your toasted wrap and top with greek yogurt as well as sprinkle Tabasco for a kick! I used 1 red of frozen chicken which cooks down to a little less than a red, and my greek yogurt fills in the additional making it one full red.
