Manifesting your 2018 goals into reality is super simple but easily done incorrectly! In this video I Explain how to use a journal and other methods to quickly manifest anything you want into your experience!
The Journals I used in this video are the 2018 Hardcover Life Planner (referred to as the gratitude journal within this video) This is also the planner I used create my meal plan below! I Also use the Bullet Journal (Choose Journal and then select DOT GRID under customize) to be able to create your goals without the limit of straight lines.
