Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Wrap
- 2 Cups Raw Spinach
- Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Chopped Red Onion
- Frozen Organic Chicken (or Fresh)
- Victoria’s Tomato Sauce (or other low sugar option)
Start by adding 2 tbsp. tomato sauce to the wrap and evenly spread. Layer (optional: Add Cheddar Cheese here) fresh spinach and sprinkle garlic powder. Pop in the toaster oven on TOAST for 4 Min. OR Bake at 375 degrees for 5 min.
Meanwhile sauté chicken (I measured just over 1 red container of frozen chicken) with chopped onion and sprinkle garlic powder to taste. (use coconut oil or a cooking spray)
Add chicken mixture to the top of the spinach and bake an extra 1 to 2 minutes until the crust is crispy but not burnt. (watch it closely!)
