My TOP TIPS would be to be prepared!!! We typically pick up subs or grinders (if you are from the northeast!) on our way to the beach, I make an easy swap grabbing a salad that is loaded with healthy fats, especially If I can find one that has lots of cheese, hard boiled eggs and good quality protein and use full fat dressings.
Some other snack ideas to pack:
- String Cheese
- Green or Black Olives
- Beef Sticks
- Moon Cheese
- BBQ Bacon Cheese Whisps (this is the BEST flavor, trust me!)
- Frozen Berries
- Nuts

Before the beach I practice Intermittent fasting, I drink a NAT ketone while fasted to help me extend my fast and make it to my first meal which is typically around 1 pm.
When I go to the beach I have struggled in the past with avoiding Diet Sodas, I started bringing along a KETO//UP which is a carbonated ketone drink that tastes amazing and it has made it so much better being on the beach with out the soda! I have tried other sodas made with stevia and personally, they are just not the same, Keto//UP however is something I crave now and just having a case on hand for moments like this make it all worth it.
