Creamy Dill Greek Yogurt Dressing that is delicious and packed with protein!! I left out olive oil so you can add your own to your salads based on how many tsps. you have in your day for 21 day fix.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt (1% or 0%)
- 2 Tbsp Dried Dill
- 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 2 Cups of Fresh Spinach
- 2Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock (if you are drinking milk you can use milk instead)
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
Blend in a food processor or use a bullet like me!! Top your salad and add olive oil if you wish!
