I wanted to add this easy recipe to give you ideas on your meal prep and planning, and to learn a simple recipe for a lunch!
I like butter lettuce for my salads, its more preference then anything, but this salad is literally so easy, I used a frozen organic chicken strip which I found at Costco (See Grocery List for the exact brand I used) and sautéed it with garlic powder.
Next I chopped 1/4 of a red onion and measured out my lettuce.
So So simply, you can add anything extra you want to this like cheese if you have an extra blue container in your day for 21 Day Fix. For me this simple recipe was amazing. I Then added a red container full of my Creamy Dill Dressing because I LOVE a lot of dressing and this is so healthy I can load it on.
