Today I made an EASY Flat bread pizza with simple ingredients following the ketogenic, low carb diet.
For this recipe you will need:
- 3 Tbsp Low Sugar Alfredo Sauce
- Low Carb Wrap
- 1/2 Cup of Cheddar or any cheese
- 1 Slice of Onion –
- 1 Mushroom
- Frozen or Fresh Sliced Chicken
Macros: 8% Carb – 63% Fat – 29% Protein Calories: 461 Net Carbs: 10 g. Fat: 32 g. Protein: 33g.

Just found you and your blog… love it! Please keep posting keto and low carb DAIRY-FREE recipes. I am highly sensitive to dairy, and many keto/ low carb recipes are full of cheese. I need more ideas for meals without diary.
