Ok this one comes from my childhood, I grew up on chicken wings so its only natural that I devise a plan for me to be able to eat these still even after overhauling my lifestyle. You’re going to LOVE these. Gluten Free and 21 Day Fix Approved.
Ingredients:
- No Salt Seasoning (I got mine above its Kirkland brand)
- Garlic Powder
- Chili Powder
- 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Organic Chicken Stock
- Parsley
- Hot Sauce (Franks Red Hot or Tabasco)
- Frozen Chicken Wings (3 lbs)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (Optional)
Start with a frozen Chicken wing, I buy mine from Costco. Pre Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Next, Layer your wings on a foil lined pan, sprinkle generous amounts of garlic powder, seasoning and chili powder. Bake for 40 Minutes. Drain the pan and add more garlic powder and chili powder and seasoning, Next put under the broiler for 10 minutes, flip and sprinkle more garlic powder and more chili powder and broil another 10 minutes.
If they look like this they are ready for sauce. I transferred to a crock pot to keep warm and let the juices sink in after the sauce is added.
While the wings are baking in the last 10 minutes make the sauce in a large sauce pan. 2 Cups of Greek Yogurt + 1 Cup of Chicken Broth and sprinkle in dried parsley flakes as well as more garlic powder (don’t be shy!) and chili powder. Next add in franks red hot sauce to taste and add some red pepper flakes if you like it extra spicy. sauté until bubbly and combined evenly.
Combine together and taste one! if it needs more spice or garlic, add it! Enjoy!
