I just completed a full round of 21 Day Fix Extreme following the Countdown to Competition meal plan and got INSANE results!! I’m so excited about my results and cant wait to show you how I did it! first I got a 21 Day Fix Extreme Challenge Pack and picked up some light and heavy weights and resistance bands, oh and a yoga mat. As you can see I let date nights and chocolate cake get way out of control in my life but IT HAPPENS and were all human! the important thing is I had a plan that was easy to follow to get back on track and I feel INCREDIBLE now! I would do it all again and infact I’m not stopping at 21 days! I’m still going strong with this meal plan and LOVE how it fits into my life.

I highly recommend keeping your food diary visible and writing everything out after every meal so you can see that you’re on track and following through because it works, but only if you do!
So What did I eat? Here’s every day of my entire 21 days on this program!! I ate ALOT and you will see I also had take out and went out to eat AND a cheat day at the end! (youre not supposed to do that! but I did, oh well! I still got great results). I didn’t have any alcohol and cut way back on dairy and actually swapped coffee for tea (my own personal choice) I found this plan easy to follow and loved being able to see fast results because that motivates me!!
