While breastfeeding I consumed 50 net carbs. After that I dropped down to 20 to 30 net carbs a day. Peter did a fasted workout in the morning and had a protein shake on the way to work every day, reduced his total carb consumption and ate a strict keto meal for dinner every night. He also reduced the amount of beer / alcohol he was drinking while working on achieving his goals.
