Having a meal plan can help set you up for SUCCESS with your ketogenic journey. It helps to have a map of what you need to do so you stay on track.

If you are ready to DIVE into creating your own meal plan for the week, here is how to do it!
- Enter a sample day into an APP like Carb Manager, adjust as needed until you get the Net carbs and Macros correct (fats, Proteins & Carbs)
- Write it into your journal on one day out of your week!
- Repeat until you have the entire week complete with perfect calories and macros, creating a MAP for yourself! (you can repeat days if you wish or repeat meals throughout the week!)
