If you’re beginning 21 Day Fix your first step will be to create your grocery list, here’s mine so you can see what I have on hand with pictures so you can start picking and choosing the foods you like to create your own. This is also where you can see the ingredients I use for all my recipes on this blog. Starting with my must haves. I do all my shopping at Costco, most of everything you see you should be able to find at the regular grocery store and if not the exact brand you can find something similar.

- Shakeology (my favorite is Chocolate Vegan, this comes included with a challenge pack or purchased separately) Count as 1 Red)
- Kind Bars (perfect snack on the go, count as 1 Blue & 1 tsp)
- Eggs
- Turkey Bacon (Nitrate Free)
- Green Tea
- Stevia
- Powdered Peanut Butter (another brand is PB2)
- Banana, Strawberries, Peaches
